Hardware Engineering Manager

Must Haves :

• Microsoft Word and Excel, internet, and computer-aided design and drafting.
• Proficiency in using hardware design and analysis tolls, such as SolidWorks, Altium or similar.
• Solid understanding of hardware design principles, including digital and analog circuitry, schematic capture, PCB layout, and design for manufacturing (DFM), along with typical design input quality tools (e.g., QFD, Design FMEA, DFA / m, VA / VE).
• Experience with product certification processes and standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., UL, CE)
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years' experience as an Engineering Manager.
• Experience with project management and working with software teams cross functionally.

The Hardware Engineering Manager leads a team of engineers and other technical team members in the activity of new product development and product line maintenance to deliver planned revenue and margin growth. Candidates will demonstrated strong leadership skills and exceptional technical capability, overseeing the design, development, and the delivery of high-quality hardware products using a process consistent with the Client's core values and systems. This role is also accountable for driving hardware innovation by proactively identifying, incubating, and executing high impact technology solutions that accelerate our product roadmap to expand the team's innovation capacity through strategic use of cross[1]functional collaboration, automation, and external partnerships.
