ClickUp is seeking a results-driven Senior Procurement Analyst to join our Global Procurement Team. Your mission : secure savings on every purchase every time. We want someone who isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves dive into the details and get shit doneno matter how complex the challenge. You will be the driving force behind maximizing value in every transaction relentlessly negotiating the best possible terms and ensuring every dollar spent delivers measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate savings and favorable terms on all purchases consistently delivering cost reductions and value for the business.
• Oversee and refine purchase request workflows ensuring rapid accurate execution and proactively identifying opportunities to accelerate and improve the process.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement designing and implementing innovative solutions that streamline procurement and support company goals.
• Partner with the Procurement Manager to leverage data-driven insights optimize spend and elevate procurement performance.
• Develop distribute and analyze RFPs for offsite events including complex hotel and meeting space negotiations.
