Regional Real Estate Manager

A Day in the Life :

Mgr, Regional Real Estate coordinates all airport real estate within a specific geographic area, including, but not limited to : identifying and acquiring new locations, lease and acquisition negotiations, disposal of surplus property, coordination with legal dept on lease issues, coordination with facilities dept on due diligence, build-to-suit deals, etc. The objective of the position is to serve as an asset / property manager for an assigned territory.

The starting salary is $120K; commensurate with experience.

What You’ll Do :

• Manage the Real Estate spend in line with agreed budgets and business objectives.
• Deliver and manage a strategy that delivers new airport property acquisitions and disposals to meet business needs.
• Act as a Real Estate resource for the business, advising at a senior level on matters that will maximize the future profitability and growth of the business.
• Be a decision maker, formulate and manage strategy, and overall performance to deliver the requirements of the business meeting, required budgets, and performance levels.
• Manage and minimize risk to the business caused by the acquisition, management, or operation of the Airport Real Estate Portfolio.
• Coordinate and monitor the Real Estate Summary approval process & facilitate circulation of Real Estate Documents.
• Assist the Law Department in tracking pertinent lease dates.
• Coordinate lease renewals, expirations & terminations with Operations to ensure timely action is taken.
• Assist with reports pertaining to the status of Real Estate transactions and the department’s performance.
• Assist the Regions with Service requests and provide feedback on any concerns regarding proper Real Estate procedures.
