Position Overview :

Join our dedicated team as a Surgical Technologist in the General Specialty PMs! This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to impactful surgical procedures in a supportive and high-energy environment.

Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Shift : 2nd Shift (Full-Time - 40 hours / week)

Compensation : $26.10 - $39.15 per hour

Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 for eligible candidates with distance-based relocation; $2,000 for PM shifts at ASLMC.

Your Role :

As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring a sterile environment and supporting the surgical team. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the operating room
  • Assisting with the setup and preparation of surgical materials
  • Utilizing aseptic techniques for surgical procedures
  • Anticipating the needs of the surgical team
  • Transporting patients and equipment as needed
  • Ensuring proper functioning and sterility of surgical tools

    • Qualifications :

    We are seeking candidates who have :

  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (to be obtained within 6 months)
  • A strong grasp of aseptic techniques and surgical protocols
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • The ability to demonstrate physical capabilities and perform well in a fast-paced environment
