Paravicini's Italian Bistro was opened in April 2003 by Chef Franco in Colorado Springs. Chef Franco was raised by Italian immigrants in Waterbury, Connecticut. While Franco is a trained chef, and a graduate of Baltimore Culinary College, his love for cooking and cooking style comes from his greatest mentor, his mother Mary Pisani. Chef Franco has been featured on many local news networks, and with Guy Fieri's, Diners, Drive-ins and Dives.

Our Line Cook / Prep Cooks are the heart of the kitchen and are responsible for creating an unforgettable guest experience through the proper preparation of the best tasting recipes around! You are responsible for top notch cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times in the restaurant. You will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other’s success in a fast-paced environment.

Cook Job Responsibilities :

• Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
• Understand the standard operations within a restaurant kitchen
• Prepare raw ingredients, and follow strict recipes.
• Use proper portioning techniques.
• Read tickets to determine what / when items need to be prepared.
• Use their culinary skills to cook all food to the restaurant's and Chef's standard
• Clean station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces to ensure station is clean and sanitized at all times.
