Hospitality & Office Services Associate
Milwaukee, WI (onsite)
Client is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Hospitality & Office Services Associate for a contract position from November 17, 2025, to January 30, 2026. This role provides consistent, high-quality food and beverage setup and service, ensures smooth delivery of conference and function services, and supports general office and mailroom operations.
Responsibilities
Provide professional and courteous client service at all times.
Lead and coordinate meeting room and event setups and breakdowns (tables, chairs, podiums, divider walls, catering items, etc.).
Prepare, set up, and break down food and beverages for meetings and events following hygienic handling procedures.
Clean and maintain kitchens, meeting rooms, and function areas; ensure cleanliness of coffee machines, refrigerators, microwaves, and other equipment.
Restock and order supplies, food, and beverages for kitchens, pantries, and conference rooms.
Conduct conference room sweeps (adjust chairs, wipe tables, restock supplies, adjust blinds).
Set up flip charts, whiteboards, and cork boards as required.
Perform general office maintenance duties including trash removal, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and restroom restocking.
Assist with mailroom support : receive, sort, distribute, and deliver mail, packages, and office supplies.
Provide general clerical and reception support such as copying, faxing, and handling deliveries.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment and follow site procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
1 2 years of related hospitality or office services experience preferred.
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer and office equipment proficiency.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Business casual attire : black and khaki pants with a black blouse or polo (Fiserv shirt provided).
No driving required.
Must be flexible and customer-centric with attention to detail.
