Our client a well-respected investment firm with early-stage success and rapid growth ahead is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its Founder. This is a unique opportunity to be the first EA hire at a growing firm and play an integral role in building the companys operational foundation.

The Role : Executive Assistant to Founder
The City : Menlo Park CA (Onsite)
The Money : $160000$180000 base benefits
The Company : Venture Capital firm

Your Day-to-Day :
Provide high-level administrative support including heavy calendaring travel coordination and expense management
Manage and organize the Founders inbox and communications
Take on interim Office Manager responsibilities
Oversee office setup and construction projects including vendor management and supply ordering
Partner on ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as the firm scales
