Call Center Customer Service Representative – Insurance Services

Location  Carmel, IN | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

  • 17 / hour + $200 Sign-On Bonus
  • Monday–Friday | 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 30 PM EST
  • W2 Employment

ROLE IMPACT

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting insurance service operations through high-volume inbound calls and email inquiries. Your efforts will directly contribute to timely policy disbursements, error-free documentation, and compliant customer support for escrow and insurance-related transactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle incoming calls and emails related to insurance payments, escrow accounts, and disbursements
  • Investigate and resolve issues concerning premiums, tax payments, and policy coverage
  • Process and verify insurance documents and updates from agencies or clients
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance and timely resolutions
  • Document all client interactions and updates in internal tracking systems
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ year of recent call center or client support experience
  • Background in mortgage, escrow, insurance (non-health), or financial services
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with Excel, email, and case tracking systems
  • CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

  • Microsoft Excel
  • Email (Outlook or equivalent)
  • CRM / client management platforms
  • Internal insurance processing systems
  • PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Knowledge of Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI) or escrow cycles
  • Familiarity with insurance disbursement processes
  • Experience handling regulatory or compliance-heavy documentation
  • PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
