- Managing schedules and booking appointments
- Receiving mail and deliveries
- Taking supply inventory weekly
- Assist with company events
- Work in other departments within the organization and assist as available with any special projects
Qualifications for receptionist
Be an effective and positive team player and flexible in adjusting to changing work prioritiesKnowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word and Excel), Google docsPrevious experience working with animals a plus, but not a requirementEvery other weekend requiredReception Hours : 8-4 : 30P OR 9-530P M-F, 8-4 SAT, 10-4 SUNKennel Tech Hours : 6A-1P, 1P-8P 7 days / weekPay : $15-$16 / hrPart time : 20-30 hours per weekNumber of positions available : 1
