Healthcare Job Details

Location : Remote / Work From Home – Serving Atlanta, GA (30342) and Georgia healthcare jobs

Employment Type : Full-time, Direct Hire

Schedule : 5 shifts per week, 8-hour days (40 hours / week)

Assignment Length : Permanent medical coding position

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1300-$1540 Medical Coder Qualifications

Minimum 3 years recent professional (ProFee) medical coding experience in a multispecialty healthcare setting

Current coding certification required (CPC, CCS-P, or equivalent)

Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems

Experience with EMR / EHR systems; Epic experience required

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Medical Coding Responsibilities

Assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for diagnoses and procedures from medical record documentation

Ensure compliance with official coding guidelines, payer-specific requirements, and healthcare regulatory standards

Maintain high productivity and accuracy standards in clinical coding

Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to clarify documentation as needed
