Provider Relations Coordinator

Description

The Provider Relations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the contracting and credentialing operations of CHS IPA. This position partners closely with Business Development Managers and other internal teams to ensure timely onboarding, compliance, and engagement of network providers. The Coordinator serves as a vital liaison between COPE Health Solutions and its provider community, helping to strengthen relationships and ensure operational excellence across the IPA network.FLSA StatusReports ToLocationWork TypeNon-ExemptSalary RangeAssistant Vice President – IPA LeadershipDirect ReportsNoFresno, CA TravelUp to 80%RegularScheduleFull Time Position Description : Contracting & Provider SupportAssist BDMs in preparing, tracking, and processing provider participation agreements.

• Manage contract packets, ensuring all required forms and addenda are included.
• Maintain contract status logs and follow up on outstanding agreements.
• Coordinate with providers and practice managers to collect signatures, answer questions, and ensure timely completion.

Credentialing & Document ManagementReview all credentialing submissions for completeness (., licenses, DEA, malpractice insurance, board certifications, CAQH attestation).

Provider Communication & Relationship ManagementServe as a first-line contact for provider inquiries related to contracting and credentialing.

Data Entry & ReportingEnter and update provider demographic, contract, and credentialing data in CRM / roster systems.

Compliance & Quality AssuranceMonitor expirables (licenses, DEA, malpractice, and send reminders ahead of deadlines.

Administrative & Team SupportManage calendars, outreach campaigns, and follow-ups for BDMs.
