Bonus eligibility based on : No property damage Overall performance (PIPPS Plan : Attendance, NCNS, call-ins, etc.) Reliability Score : Number of days rostered vs. number of days called out. Medical Insurance (available after 30 days ; not available to employees working under 30 hrs. / week) Paid time off starts accruing immediately at the start of employment . Weekday shifts are flexible based on team and individual needs, but weekend availability is required. All employees must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays. Day shifts with future potential for 2nd shift if desired 2 paid 15-minute breaks and 1 unpaid 30-minute lunch per-shift . Successfully handling and delivering packages on time. Keep pace in a physically demanding job ; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages weighing up to 7 0 lbs. on a frequent basis ; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations, walk, bend, climb stairs.
