Process Inventory Specialist – Rotating Shift

Location : Hialeah

Pay : $22.00 – $24.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a Process Inventory Specialist to join a well-established manufacturing team on a rotating shift. This individual will be responsible for executing precise inventory transactions within an ERP system (Dynamics 365), ensuring full traceability, accurate data entry, and compliance with production work orders.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong ERP skills, manufacturing inventory experience (raw materials and finished goods), and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Execute Production Order confirmations in Dynamics 365, including material allocation and consumption based on the Bill of Materials (BOM)

Perform move transactions in ERP from various storage locations and ensure corresponding physical transfers are completed

Organize, stock, and maintain inventory at manufacturing storage areas

Conduct regular physical inventory counts; recommend inventory adjustments as needed

Ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) usage of materials

Collaborate with Production, Quality, Logistics, and IT teams to ensure smooth inventory flow and traceability

Analyze material requirements and consumption using Excel-based tools

Identify root causes of inventory issues and recommend process improvements

Take ownership of inventory control improvement projects as assigned

Qualifications

Associate degree required

Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control within a manufacturing environment

Prior ERP experience required; Dynamics 365 experience preferred

Intermediate proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)

Bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, speak) is a must

Familiarity with ISO and GMP environments is highly desirable
