Metric Geo is proud to partner with a leading Heavy Civil contractor in Alabama to recruit an experienced Project Manager for asphalt projects ranging from $10M to $50M across North Alabama.

About the Role :

As Project Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Key responsibilities include :

Managing project teams (Superintendents & Engineers)

Developing and maintaining project budgets and schedules

Overseeing subcontractor coordination and negotiations

Ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on-site

Handling estimating, change orders, and project reporting

What We’re Looking For :

• 10+ years’ experience managing asphalt paving and heavy civil projects
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of asphalt paving, grading, and road construction techniques
• Proven experience leading projects from $10M to $50M
• Expertise in budget control, project scheduling, and contract management
