Position Summary : The Sourcing Engineer is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and managing suppliers to support company objectives in cost, quality, and delivery. This role will proactively source materials, components, and services, develop supplier relationships, and negotiate contracts to optimize value for the organization. The Sourcing Engineer collaborates closely with internal teams including Engineering, Production, and Quality to support current and future sourcing needs.
