Spanish-Speaking Licensed Realtor Leasing Agent

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for prospective tenants
• Handle all leasing inquiries and follow-ups promptly
• Schedule and conduct unit showings (in-person & virtual)
• Process rental applications and complete screenings (credit / income / background)
• Coordinate move-ins and prepare lease agreements
• Maintain accurate leasing pipeline and update CRM / software daily
• Post and manage listings across rental platforms (Zillow etc.)
• Work closely with property managers to prepare units for occupancy
• Focus heavily on accelerating lease-ups for 100 open units

Must Have

• Active Illinois real estate license
• 2 years experience in leasing & real estate (required)
• Fluent in Spanish & English
• Section 8 & affordable housing knowledge
• Strong follow-up & closing skills
• Ability to manage high inquiry volume & meet leasing targets
• Professional organized and tenant-focused
• MLS experience is preferred but this role is primarily leasing-focused.
