Position Summary : As the Director of Security Operations at Carenet Health, you will be instrumental in ensuring the security and integrity of our operations and client data. Leading a team of dedicated security professionals, you will develop and implement strategies to safeguard our organization against security threats and risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities, creating effective mitigation plans.
• Lead and manage the Security Operations Center (SOC) team to monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents.
• Implement security incident response protocols and coordinate incident investigations.
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and client requirements.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps.
• Promote a culture of security awareness and provide training on security best practices.
• Organize tabletop exercises and drills to test incident response procedures.
• Evaluate, select, and implement security technologies and tools to enhance the organization's security posture.
• Stay updated on emerging security technologies and threats.
• Assess and manage security risks associated with third-party vendors and partners.
• Ensure contractual agreements include necessary security provisions.
• Lead the response to security incidents, including containment, eradication, and recovery efforts.
• Develop post-incident reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Define key security performance indicators (KPIs) and report regularly to senior management and clients.
• Provide insights and recommendations for security enhancements.
