Position Summary : The Contents And Cleaning Tech is responsible for tracking and documenting all aspects of the contents handling and processing on a project. This includes the pack-out portion of a job, cleaning of contents and put-back of contents. Compensation listed is per hour pay; all hours over 40 a week is overtime. Major Duties and Responsibilities :

• Content inventory related activities for the commercial / residential project.
• Document all content inventory within the structure.
• Works on contents through the moving, cleaning or deodorization process.
• Documents all non-salvageable contents within the commercial project.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to successfully fulfill the major duties and responsibilities above. Some key requirements to fulfill the position may include, but not be limited to :

Working Conditions : Fast-paced, high pressure work environment. Shift hours may vary depending on the size and scope of the project but will typically consist of eight (8) to ten (10) hour shifts. Ability to sit / stand / walk for prolonged periods of time. Ability to travel locally when necessary. A driver's license is required for this position.

Compensation : $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
