Job Description :

Establish trusted relationships with key decisions makers at each dealer location

Maintain and grow Capital One Auto Finances leading position as a national full credit spectrum auto lender

Be a product expert across our digital lead-generation platform and provide solutions that help dealers achieve their sales objectives

Confidently deliver sales presentations and facilitate dealer training to drive product adoption

Be innovative organized and driven to achieve extraordinary business results while providing best in class service to each dealer

Create and execute a monthly plan of dealer engagement based on careful analysis of available data and sales metrics

Work closely with internal business partners and teammates to drive cohesion and operational excellence

Basic Qualifications :

High school diploma GED or equivalent certification

At least 1 year of financial services experience or business to business sales

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelors Degree

1 year of experience representing lead-provider products and solutions

1 year of experience in the automotive financing or advertising media industries

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Sales Territory : $108200 - $144300 for Area Sales Manager

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
