Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams : Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure well-rounded care
• Guide Patients and Caregivers : Teach patients and their families therapy methods to empower continued progress at home
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans : Monitor clinical outcomes meticulously and adapt treatment as necessary, ensuring patients stay on their paths to recovery
