Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is a hands-on executor responsible for driving demand generation, managing marketing projects, and optimizing the marketing technology stack in a fast-paced industrial B2B environment. Reporting to the President / Owner (who will retain strategic control), you will turn strategy into action-delivering campaigns, coordinating resources, and leveraging technology to accelerate growth. A relentless focus on ROI is essential : every activity must be measured, reported, and optimized for business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects and campaigns tailored to industrial B2B buyers.

Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (digital, email, social, events, ABM) to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth for complex, technical sales cycles.

Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, with hands-on expertise in HubSpot (CRM & automation), Showpad (sales enablement), and Magento (e-commerce).

Work with internal and external resources to deliver high-quality, technical content and creative assets for campaigns.

Own the measurement and reporting of all marketing activities, with a clear focus on ROI, pipeline contribution, and business impact.

Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing project execution.
