• Environmental Service / Custodial Manager 2
• for Round Rock Medical Center located in Round Rock, TX.

St. David's Round Rock Medical Center, part of St. David's HealthCare, is a 209-bed facility and Level II Trauma Center that provides comprehensive care with a variety of specialties including cardiothoracic and vascular, trauma, neurosurgery, advanced stroke care, cancer care, orthopedics and robotics. The Heart Hospital of Austin at St. David's Round Rock was the first specialized cardiac facility in Williamson County to offer open-heart, thoracic and vascular surgeries, as well as complex catheterization and electrophysiology procedures. Other services include NICU and women's programs, comprehensive breast imaging services operated through on-site provider Solis Mammography, on-site emergency services, a 24-hour emergency department in Leander, and dedicated units for cancer care and inpatient rehabilitation. Additionally, St. David's Round Rock Medical Center is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Magnet ® hospital, the highest and most prestigious distinction a healthcare organization can receive for nursing practice and quality patient care.

• What You'll Do
• be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
• provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
• lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives;
• effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and / or
• support a diverse and inclusive workforce.

• experience leading, training and managing a team and is a leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and patients;
• experience in custodial management in a hospital setting, preferably a Trauma Center
• strong leadership skills and has the ability to work independently to drive program;
• monitor compliance and reach project target dates of completion;
• a results and safety driven mindset;
• proficiency with computers and other technology;
