Laguna Beach Community Clinic is dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible care to all-regardless of ability to pay. We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our care team.

Key Responsibilities of LMFT

• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care, manage referrals, and support treatment planning and discharge processes.
• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Provide education to patients, families, and staff, and ensure timely updates to care plans and coordination of care transfers.
• Provide psychological assessments, therapy, and resource referrals for patients and families.
• Develop and implement appropriate psychological interventions to support patient care.
• Launch and help develop the Clinical Social Work Intern Program

​ ​ $100,000- $110,000 annually, based on experience
