Location : Sutton, MA

Foundational Pathways is hiring Behavior Technicians to work with children with developmental disabilities. What We're Looking For :

Requirements :

High School Diploma or GED
18 years or older
Able to lift 50 pounds occasionally
Reliable transportation
Availability at least three weekdays from 3 : 30 PM to 6 : 30 PM and 1-2 Saturdays per month 8 : 30AM-2PM.

Preferred Experience :

Working with children with autism, challenging behaviors, emotional support needs, or developmental disabilities.

Experience as a paraprofessional, behavior support staff, classroom aide, or in special education settings.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in basic tech systems (email, documentation, etc.) on computers and iPads.

Your Responsibilities :

Provide ABA therapy : Work directly with children at our center, in our community, or in-home to help them improve behaviors and acquire new skills.

Follow individualized programs : Implement personalized ABA plans created by a BCBA, tailored to each child's needs.

Document progress : Record session data, write detailed session notes, and manage timesheets.

Build relationships : Establish trust and rapport with clients and families, ensuring they meet their treatment goals.

Communicate effectively : Keep supervisors updated on progress, availability, and case details.

Participate : Attend team meetings and supervision sessions, and maintain professional conduct and client confidentiality at all times.

Position Benefits :

Logistics & Details :

Expected Hours : 10-15 hours per week

Location : Sutton, MA 01590 (must have reliable transportation or plan to relocate before starting work)

Travel : Must be willing to travel up to 30 minutes from center for in-home sessions.
