About the Role

Join us as the Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), where you will be a strategic leader in shaping our comprehensive cybersecurity strategy. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's security posture, driving automation, and promoting a secure-by-design culture across all operational and product development processes. Your expertise in compliance and regulatory frameworks will be essential in translating technical risks into business impacts while ensuring continuous compliance. You will also spearhead the development of a resilient and innovative security organization that aligns with our high-growth business model, fostering trust with customers, partners, and the market.

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree and recognized security certifications are preferred. A robust background of at least 10 years in information security, risk management, or IT leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior security role, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of building and scaling enterprise security programs, managing multi-million dollar security budgets, and directing incident response in enterprise environments. Experience in hybrid cloud, SaaS, colocation, or data center settings, particularly in regulated industries, is highly advantageous. You should possess exceptional executive presence and effective communication skills to engage a diverse range of stakeholders while fostering a proactive security culture that empowers business innovation securely.
