Feasibility Associate

We are looking for a remote Feasibility Associate to join the Commercial Division at Flourish Research!

The Feasibility Associate will be responsible for supporting Flourish Research through feasibility studies and sharing site capabilities and experiences with sponsors and CROs.

The Feasibility Associate will also support the Business Development and Budgets & Contracts teams in all aspects by communicating new study leads across the company.

This role will possess basic knowledge and awareness of the clinical trial therapeutic areas as they relate to opportunities for revenue growth.

Shift :

• Monday-Friday, normal business hours Classification :   Salaried, non-exempt Compensation :   $55,000-$65,000, depending on experience Benefits :    Health, dental, and vision insurance plans, 401(k) with 4% match, tuition reimbursement, parental leave, referral program, employee assistance program, life insurance, disability insurance, and 15 days of PTO + 10 company holidays.   RESPONSIBILITIES Possess knowledge of site pipeline and managing opportunities that align with therapeutic areas and indications.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with site staff and corporate business development teams.
• Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database for assigned projects.
• Organize and complete feasibility questionnaires by utilizing information from patient / subject databases, previous metrics, investigative sites, as well as Flourish marketing to meet industry timelines.
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of opportunity progress into the CRM system.
• Respond to and follow up on relevant study inquiries via email, telephone, and face-to-face visits.
• Communicate with Sponsor / CRO and follow entire feasibility process through site selection.
• Assist Central Client Management team with sharing clear communication to the site team regarding study timelines, objectives, and enrollment goals.
• Liaise and attend meetings and functions necessary to perform duties to aid business and organizational development.
• Ensure compliance with Company standard operating procedures, policies, and systems.
• Participate in team calls; feasibility, site calls, partner calls, pre-study visits, and any communication within Flourish Research as deemed necessary.
• Always represent Flourish Research in a professional and courteous manner.
• Possess a high degree of accountability, integrity, and the ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality in all company matters.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• QUALIFICATIONS BA / BS in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical trials or biological research. 2 years of experience in business development strategies.

• Experienced with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint) and internet-based applications.

• Proficient in utilizing and maintaining CRM software and reporting capabilities.
