Job Description
- Assist in managing daily operations at the construction site, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to maintain smooth workflow.
- Oversee compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Support the Superintendent in planning and executing project timelines and milestones.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and client expectations.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Superintendent should have :
- A background in construction management, architecture, or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare construction projects or similar specialized fields.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industry-specific safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing construction tasks.
