Job Description

• Assist in managing daily operations at the construction site, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to maintain smooth workflow.
• Oversee compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Support the Superintendent in planning and executing project timelines and milestones.
• Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and client expectations.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Superintendent should have :
