You'll work directly with gym members, building a thriving PT program, all while receiving mentorship from our founder, Dr. John Putnam, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT, Cert. DN, Cert. SMT, Dip. Osteopractic. Job Overview : We are looking for a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team in our Pittsburgh, PA location. You will provide exceptional care focused on improving mobility, relieving pain, and preventing or minimizing long-term physical disabilities. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fitness-focused environment and wants to make a lasting impact on patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop personalized care plans based on individual patient needs
• Provide physical therapy sessions aimed at restoring movement and managing pain
• Specialize in treating geriatric patients and delivering home health services
• Use advanced knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy to assess and treat patients effectively
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and smooth discharge planning
• Offer trigger point therapy to target specific pain points and muscular tension
• Build strong relationships with gym members to develop a successful physical therapy program

Skills & Qualifications :

Proficient in creating and implementing individualized care plans

Strong expertise in physical therapy techniques and modalities

Specialization in geriatrics and home health services is a plus

Solid understanding of anatomy, medical terminology, and human function

Familiarity with discharge planning processes and collaborative care

Ability to provide trigger point therapy for targeted pain relief

Outgoing, positive attitude with excellent communication skills

Strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the expansion of the program

$45.88 - $55.40 per hour
