Job Purpose :

The Business Analyst III serves as a strategic partner to business and technology leaders driving complex analysis solution design and cross-functional initiatives that advance key business objectives. This role leads requirement definition across multiple projects or programs mentors other analysts and ensures alignment between business goals regulatory compliance and technology solutions. The Business Analyst III operates with a high degree of autonomy and provides thought leadership in business process improvement and digital transformation across the banking enterprise.
