Position Summary

As a Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach (FC) at Anytime Fitness, your mission is to help members “get to a healthier place.” You’ll design and lead safe, effective, and engaging exercise programs for a wide range of participants while fostering positive lifestyle changes that create sustainable, long-term results.

Our ideal coach is passionate, energetic, and driven to help people become the best version of themselves.

You’ll work with members through :

• Fitness consultations and assessments
• 1-on-1 personal training
• Semi-private and group training
• Virtual coaching sessions

Beyond training sessions, you’ll provide guidance, accountability, and motivation to help each member succeed.

You’ll also play a key role in member retention, sales support, and community engagement , ensuring every person who walks through our doors experiences a “surprisingly personable” level of service.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

NASM, NSCA, ACSM, WITS, AFAA, ACE, or ISSA

– OR – a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field

Compensation & Benefits

Earning Potential : $40,000 – $75,000 per year (based on experience and performance)
