Collaborative Teamwork : Join our current team consisting of one endocrinologist, an endocrinology nurse practitioner, RN-CDE, RD, and 5 support staff members. Together, we strive to deliver the highest quality patient care.

Advanced Diabetes Program : Be part of an active program that leverages the latest technologies for treating type 1 diabetes, attracting patients from across Northern Indiana and South West Michigan.

What You Can Expect :

Flexible Outpatient Schedule : Enjoy a flexible Monday-Friday schedule, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Remote Work Option : Embrace the opportunity to work up to 50% remotely, customizing your work environment to your preferences.

Average Outpatient Volume : Manage an average outpatient volume of 15-20 patients per day, ensuring personalized and attentive care.

Clinic-Based Practice : Choose a fully clinic-based practice or opt for inpatient consultations 1 2 times per week, adapting your role to your professional preferences.

Certified Diabetes Educator & Dietician Support : Benefit from the support of an onsite Certified Diabetes Educator and Registered Dietician, enhancing patient care and outcomes.

Cutting-edge Technology : Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system, ensuring seamless patient information management and efficient care delivery.

Address Diverse Diagnoses : Tackle a range of endocrine disorders, including Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, Insulin pumps, CGM, Primary Hyperparathyroidism, Hyperthyroidism, Hypothyroidism, Thyroid nodules and thyroid cancer, Hypogonadism, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, and Pituitary-Adrenal Disorders.
