Senior Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Strategic Planning team. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Planning, this position will be responsible for supporting the Pacific Region by performing financial statements, commercial, operational, capital expenditure, and other strategic business analysis activities for the region.

Responsibilities :

• Transform data into information, information into insights and insights into value creation.
• Through ongoing quantitative analysis, KPIs, tool development and insights generation, inform business decisions and improvement priorities which maximize value creation for the region.
• Empower leadership by transforming conceptual questions into data-driven insights to drive organizational success.
• Assist in the development of executive presentations with audiences ranging from local leadership to C-Suite executives.
• Provide due-diligence support for organic investment opportunities, evaluating if opportunities meet necessary return thresholds.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization, including internal customers and peers.
• Support other strategic initiatives and projects assigned by management.
• Perform all activities in accordance with the company's mission, vision, and values, and in compliance with the company's policies, procedures, and Code of Ethical Business Conduct.

Salary Posting :

The base salary compensation is $105,000 - $135,000, exclusive of benefits or bonuses (discretionary and non-discretionary), will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, business need, market conditions, proficiencies, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, at Martin Marietta we place a high value on internal pay equity and will consider the compensation for those in similarly situated roles and direct team members. The posted range for this role represents the total reasonable pay range and does not solely represent a hiring range. Therefore, hiring at the top or maximum of the range should not be expected as it would not allow for salary growth opportunities in the role, would diminish promotion value, and may not align with internal equity.
