We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of healthcare provider licensing, DEA registration, collaborative agreements, and compliance with federal and state regulations. This position is crucial for ensuring Midi Health a telehealth startup meets all legal and regulatory requirements while enabling the company to expand its services across various regions.

The Business Impact

• Regulatory Compliance : Ensures adherence to DEA and telehealth-specific regulations, safeguarding the company against legal and financial repercussions.
• Operational Efficiency : Streamlines processes for licensing and agreements, reducing delays and enhancing scalability as the company grows.
• Risk Mitigation : Conducts audits and maintains compliance documentation to prepare for external inspections, minimizing exposure to fines or penalties.
• Cross-Functional Alignment : Collaborates across teams (legal, clinical, operations) to ensure seamless execution of licensing and compliance strategies, supporting business continuity.
• Data-Driven Insights : Tracks and evaluates compliance metrics, enabling proactive adjustments and continuous improvement in regulatory processes.
• Strategic Growth Support : Manages forecasting and resource planning for expansion initiatives, ensuring sustainable scaling of services.
• Collaborative Agreements : Ensure all collaborative agreements are tracked, executed on time, and are compliant with relevant healthcare laws and state regulations.
