Our client, a leading organization in the digital content management industry, is seeking a Product Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will be an integral part of the Content Management Systems department, supporting cross-functional teams. What's the Job?
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the timely delivery of features. Translate requirements into clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Define test cases, review results, and provide sign-off for feature readiness. Promote a testing mindset across the team, ensuring quality standards are met. Partner with the ScrumMaster to remove impediments and keep sprints on track.
What's Needed?
7+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, military experience, or education. Experience with Content Management Systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Strong technical acumen and experience in technically complex organizations. Ability to write clear and precise user requirements for business metrics, datasets, and dashboards. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and test strategy development.
