This contract-based, remote position is perfect for someone looking for flexible hours and project-based work. You'll be responsible for organizing, preparing, and maintaining clear records of income and expenses per construction project-helping us stay financially informed as we grow. Visit us at Key Responsibilities- Track and prepare detailed income and expense statements per project.- Organize receipts, invoices, and financial documentation in a clear, auditable format.- Monitor job costing to ensure expenses align with project budgets.- Collaborate with internal team members to gather and verify financial data.- Maintain consistent and organized digital records for all project-related finances.- Provide basic reporting on project profitability and cost status. Qualifications- 1+ year of accounting or bookkeeping experience (construction industry a plus).- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.- High school diploma or GED required.- Self-starter with good communication skills.
