Customer Service Representative

Location : Grand Rapids

Hours : Monday Friday, 8 : 00am 5 : 00pm, OT may be required

Pay : $15+ / hr, based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to process customer inquiries
  • Assist Customers by answering a variety of questions in a polite and professional manner
  • Document all phone call and decisions
  • Stay informed on industry developments through continued learning

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Microsoft Office, Windows Navigation, and Zendesk or similar software experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent attendance record
