The Accounts Payable Coordinator is a critical role within the Finance / Accounting department, responsible for the full cycle of accounts payable processes. This includes managing and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities May Included :

• Review and verify invoices and check requests.
• Sort, code and match invoices.
• Set invoices up for payment.
• Track expenses and process expense reports.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
• Prepare and perform check runs.
• Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records.
• Work closely with accounting to reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• Maintain vendor files.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide supporting documentation for audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in the accounts payable process.
