National Corporate Housing is looking for an eager, emerging marketing leader to serve as a Digital Strategist across various business units. This is an amazing opportunity for a self-driven and smart person to have a major impact helping us through an enterprise-wide transformation.

This exciting opportunity will allow you to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, leveraging the capabilities of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to reach target audiences, nurture leads, and drive business growth through personalized customer journeys across various digital channels like email, social media, and websites.

Expectations for Success

Strategic Planning :

Collaborate with brand managers and VP of marketing to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable digital marketing strategies aligned with Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities.

Develop comprehensive digital marketing plans including audience segmentation, channel allocation in coordination with content calendar and campaign timelines.

Campaign Execution :

Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Journey Builder / Flow Builder, including personalized content, dynamic segmentation, and automated workflows.

Develop landing pages and forms for lead generation and nurture campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Data Analysis and Optimization :

Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) using Salesforce Marketing Cloud analytics dashboards.

Conduct A / B testing to optimize campaign elements and continually refine strategies based on data insights.

Leverage data from Salesforce CRM to personalize marketing messages and deliver relevant content to customers at different stages of the buyer journey.

Analyze campaign trends, customer data, and industry landscape to identify opportunities for targeted campaigns.

Team Collaboration :

Train and support marketing team members on Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices.

Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment between marketing and sales activities.

Collaborate with IT and data teams to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements

Functional knowledge in email marketing automation. Commitment to become admin-certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Consultant, and Marketing Cloud Email Specialist.

Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and web analytics.

Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and draw actionable insights to inform marketing decisions.

Strong conceptualization skills to develop innovative marketing campaigns that engage target audiences pertinent to industry trends.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Who you are :

Data-driven – you are fluent with marketing analytics and use data to inform your decision making. Experience in managing large data sets and leveraging data-driven marketing strategies. Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices.

Effective marketing strategist with tactical expertise – you have culled a toolkit of tactics and expertise about marketing & related subjects (advertising, market research, consumer behavior, customer journeys, marketing analytics) that you implement to meet or exceed planned objectives.

Results-oriented – you are driven by creating impact and take full ownership of achieving personal and team objectives.

Collaborative - Experience working in a cross-functional team environment with sales, product, and IT teams.

Strong work ethic – you take pride in working harder, are hungry to learn and excel, and smarter than your competition.
