Palmer Logistics is looking for a skilled Warehouse Colorant Associate to join our dynamic team!

The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and proficient in operating a colorant machine in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring smooth production and order fulfillment by maintaining proper color levels and verifying that finished products meet customer quality standards. Pay Rate :

17.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience and equipment knowledge.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Utilize RF scanner.
  • Follow established company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and office personnel to meet productivity goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections prior to operation.
  • Perform maintenance and cleaning on equipment.
  • Stack and unstack palletized material.
  • Operate colorant machine.
  • Fill and maintain colorant levels.
  • Test finish product against standard.
  • Loading and unloading of shakers.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications :

  • Sit-down forklift and / or reach truck experience a plus.
  • Flexible work schedule : must be able to come in early, stay late, and / or work weekends depending on operational needs.
  • Must be able to work in a congested area(s) in a climate-controlled warehouse.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs, adjust the body to bend, push, pull, stretch, stoop, squat, and grab; walk and sit for extended periods.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of performing basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
