The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales to take on a pivotal role in driving growth across B2B and DTC channels. This high-profile leadership position demands a KPI-driven operator with a proven track record in transforming front-line sales teams. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and optimizing sales systems, managing KPIs, and deploying CRM technology to enhance throughput and conversion. The role is not about maintaining the status quo but about fixing the sales function, which has become a bottleneck in the company's rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with at least 5 years' experience, and a hands-on leadership style that is both strategic and operational.

Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Sales include auditing, redesigning, and scaling the sales function, standardizing KPI tracking, and pipeline management, and implementing rigorous lead routing and conversion reporting. The role also involves training and managing a team of sales representatives, revising compensation structures, and collaborating with executive leadership on revenue forecasting.
