About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Solution Design & Strategy to lead the strategic vision, operational excellence, and revenue acceleration for its Acute & Payer and Senior Care business lines. This senior executive will be responsible for driving the delivery of high-impact, scalable strategies that align with customer needs and market dynamics. Key responsibilities include defining and executing short- and long-term strategies, serving as the strategic face of the organization, and acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. The role also involves P&L management, talent development, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, experience in leading matrixed and geographically dispersed teams, and a solid understanding of the SAAS customer lifecycle. Candidates for the Vice President, Solution Design & Strategy position at the company should possess a strong background in healthcare technology, particularly within SAAS organizations, and have domain knowledge of acute, post-acute, and health plan markets.
