W2 Pay Rate OT (Over Time)         $81.90

Weekly Pay Package (Taxable + Nontaxable)

W2 Wage (RT+OT based on expected hrs)     $2,184.00

Nontaxable Weekly PerDiem     $1,344.00

Total Weekly Gross Pay Package     $3,528.00

Min 2 years exp req\nARRT, TMB and BLS required\nCath Lab tech with experience in IR and Hybrid OR required (EP preferred)\nTX License req
