Job Description

What Youll Do

Analyze Special Financing : Monitor daily cash flow and ensure all postings are completed accurately and on time.

Support Operations : Provide backup for both Cashiering and Special Financing teams. Youll also scan checks and handle inbound and outbound calls for Interim Servicing accounts.

Resolve Issues : Research and resolve any discrepancies between Loan Vision and FICS. Conduct in-depth research on customer accounts to ensure the accuracy of all postings.

Maintain Records : Maintain and protect confidential borrower and customer information.

Collaborate and Improve : Respond to internal and external emails assist in identifying process gaps and work with management to implement improvements.

Reporting : Perform ad-hoc reporting and research as directed by management.

What Were Looking For :

1 years of relevant experience preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Proven experience analyzing and interpreting data.

Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with internal and external partners effectively.

Experience with research problem-solving and making sound business decisions.

Solid understanding of accounting principles and cash management functions.

Knowledge of business acumen and customer service best practices.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position that offers remote flexibility while also requiring some in-office time. You will need a quiet space at home and reliable internet access. Occasional local travel may be required for company meetings or events.
