Talent Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our clients growing Human Resources team. In this role, you will lead the full recruitment lifecycle-sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers-while ensuring every candidate enjoys a smooth, efficient, and positive experience. Talent Acquisitions Specialist Responsibilities :

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, offers, and background checks.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Partner with hiring managers to align staffing needs with recruitment strategies.
• Present and negotiate job offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Utilize ATS and HR software to track progress, maintain records, and generate reports.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and networking events to build pipelines.
• Collaborate with staffing agencies for temporary staffing needs.
• Support onboarding by managing expectations around start dates and paperwork.
• Champion diversity recruitment initiatives and ensure equitable hiring practices.
• Stay current with recruitment trends and industry best practices.
• Contribute to the development of recruitment policies and procedures.

Talent Acquisitions Specialist Education & Requirements :

Salary : $55,000-$61,000
