Job Description

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining production efficiency and ensuring product quality by servicing and repairing machinery and mechanical equipment. Your responsibilities will include performing preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines. You will follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications to troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions.

Key Responsibilities :

Proactively identify and address mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for issues, and using precision measuring and testing instruments.
Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts with rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges.
Fabricate repair parts using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing maintenance data and trends.

Qualifications :

Proficiency in reading part manuals, electrical and mechanical schematics, assembly instructions, and troubleshooting guides. Knowledge of CNC machine design and operation.

Experience with FANUC, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Haas, and Okuma controls.

Familiarity with Okuma, Fuji, Haas, Mori Seiki, and Mazak CNC machinery.

Demonstrated expertise in industrial mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Proficiency with electrical test equipment and systems up to 480 Volts AC.

Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift heavy weights for extended periods.
