Responsibilities

Client Acquisition : Identify and reach out to potential clients to introduce our insurance services and generate new business.

Needs Assessment : Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.

Policy Sales : Present insurance options to clients and explain the benefits and features of each policy.

Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance.

Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.

Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies sold, and follow-up activities.

Requirement

Insurance License : Must possess a valid P&C or L&H insurance license in the state of Texas.

Sales Experience : Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Customer Service Orientation : A genuine desire to help clients and provide exceptional customer service.

Self-motivated : Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet sales targets.
