What we re looking for
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Mix Modeling Analyst to join our dynamic marketing analytics team. The ideal candidate will leverage statistical analysis and data modeling techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and optimize marketing spend across various channels. This role is crucial for driving data-informed decision-making and enhancing our overall marketing performance and will oversee our MMM and MTA vendors
What you ll be doing .
Key Responsibilities :
Oversight of development and implementation of marketing mix models to assess the impact of various marketing channels on sales and brand performance.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including media, marketing, and sales, to gather data and understand business objectives.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling reports and visualizations.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing analytics and data science.
Conduct scenario analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning and budget allocation.
Assist in the development of dashboards and tools for ongoing performance tracking.
Requirements :
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
Proven experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related role, preferably with a focus on marketing mix modeling.
Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SAS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and metrics, including ROI, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
