What You Will Do

  • Participate in the development of architectural solutions for the implementation of Marketing Initiatives (MA) and Products as an expert / analyst in the billing system
  • Provide high-level assessment of the complexity of changes for the implementation of Products
  • Analyze customer requirements, build and describe diagrams (class diagram, statechart diagram, sequence diagram, deployment diagram, component diagram, etc.) using BPMNv2, UML, or other approaches, propose solutions and functionality options
  • Coordinate changes with customers and the team responsible for product development
  • Prepare technical documentation (Tender Specification) in Confluence. Responsible for filling out and signing the Tender Specification for the technical implementation of the Product in the WCB system
  • Develop and detail the requirements for the functionality of the new product for the system provider
  • Participate in making changes to the system configuration
  • Place orders for system modifications
  • Monitor the timely and quality implementation of product functionality requirements according to orders
  • Participate in the testing process of implemented changes in the system and verify their compliance with customer requirements
  • Analyze the causes of the functionality defect of the Product
  • Detail the requirements for correcting the defect or non-compliance with business requirements
  • Coordinate changes with customers
  • Ensure defect elimination by the contractor

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • 2+ years of experience as an analyst
  • Skills in forming requirements for information systems according to business needs, experience in implementing new functionality in information systems
  • Experience in communication with a contractor
  • Confident user of JIRA, Confluence
  • Knowledge of MSOffice, MS Project
  • Skills in working with BPMN, UML
  • Knowledge of English at level A2 and above
