Business Operations Analyst
Osaic is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to help bring data-driven clarity to client-facing operational functions. This is the perfect opportunity for somebody who enjoys a fast-paced environment, exhibits a strong bias for action, and enjoys developing an understanding of data, using that understanding to crystalize the organization's conception of key drivers influencing results, and leveraging information to improve performance.
Responsibilities :
- Use analytical skills and business intelligence tools to critically assess performance and help guide the team in the crafting and developing improved approaches to operational challenges.
- Serve as a SME to internal clients and cross-department projects.
- Define and continually refine appropriate performance measures for the CCEO functions including core outcomes, operational processes affecting results, and program performance assessments.
- Oversee development of reporting to monitor operational performance across a broad range of functions and parameters (i.e. Contact Center results / productivity, processing team efficacy, client satisfaction, etc.).
- Lead operational / demand forecasting and drive those findings into actionable programs.
- Lead analysis of actual operational performance vs. forecasts / expectations.
- Join cross-functional teams on high priority initiatives to develop solutions and oversee implementation of those solutions.
- Be able to communicate the story behind the data to leaders throughout Osaic.
- Leverage analytical and technical skills to develop more junior team members.
- Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments / trends for assigned areas of responsibility and collaborates with others to incorporate new trends / developments in current and future solutions.
Education Requirements :
Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.Basic Requirements :
Demonstrated advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Creative problem-solving skills and a strategic perspective.1 3+ years' experience in analytic roles producing actionable intelligence from raw data.Proficient with BI toolsets - SQL-Based GUI tools, Power BI, PowerPivot, Tableau, etc.ORExperience using SQL Server and / or Oracle data repositories.ORKnowledge of statistical analytical methods regression models, CHAID, data mining techniques, etc.Preferred Requirements :
Advanced SQL coding / querying abilityExperience modelling with Power Pivot / Power BI Strong DAX knowledge and complex model creationExperience with Broker / Dealers and NPS
