Title : Technical Administrator ( L 1)
Location : South San Francisco, CA
Job Summary :
Responsible for tracking inventory, migrating schedules, and generating spreadsheets for technicians, data collection, etc. Once administrative work is complete, individual will transition to actual technical work.
Requirements / skillsets :
- Good organizational skills that are relative to an administration role.
- Good time management skills are a must.
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Basic or general understanding of computer usage and skills.
- Support of PC & MAC Platforms & Operating Systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Working knowledge of Google Drive which includes Google Sheets , Google Docs and Google Slides
- Strong skills in computer programs used for process control as well as document and spreadsheet creation and interpretation
